The pirate ship usually stays out of the Mandalay Channel but now and then it comes into the anchorage. It’s good to see our pirate history being preserved, letting us imagine the perils mariners faced centuries ago. The pirate ship tour departs from the Clearwater Beach Marina on the south side of the Causeway.
